I started running in high school on the track team and continued through
college. I've been running ever since, completing hundreds of races
including the New York and Boston marathons. I joined a running club in the
80's and we put on a very successful race for 20 years. During the years I
started volunteering at races working the finish line. In 2006 I started
working for Bill and Gail Sherry of Super Race Systems. Bill and Gail taught
me how to use the Champion Chip system. In 2007 I started timing races using
Champion Chip and eventually the Chronotrack D-Tag and B-Tag. I have since
timed several running races, triathlons, duathlons and swim races. In 2010 I
decided to start my own timing business (Start-Line Race Services), while
still timing races for Super Race Systems. Learning from Bill and Gail, two
of the premier timers in the country, gave me an excellent start in timing
races. I learned from the best!
